After your order is placed, shipping typically takes 1–7 business days.
Please note that Australian public holidays are not business days.
Shipping within Australia

International Shipping (Japan)
For shipments to Japan, we use Australia Post International Registered Mail and Express services.
The average delivery time to Japan is approximately 10 days to 1 month from the date of dispatch.
If Australian holidays and/or holidays in the destination country overlap, delivery may occasionally take longer than usual.
If your parcel has not arrived within 1 month after dispatch notification, please contact us at info@tallora.com.au.
Please note that once the parcel has left Australia, we can assist with inquiries regarding loss or damage with Australia Post; however, we cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged parcels during international transit.
We are unable to accommodate requests for specific delivery dates or times.
Customs Duties and Taxes
For customers residing in Japan, orders with a total amount of ¥16,666 or more (before coupons are applied) may be subject to customs duties, consumption tax, and clearance fees.
Customs duties and taxes are not determined at the time of purchase and will be assessed upon import. These fees must be paid by the recipient upon delivery (cash on delivery).
