Q. I have not received my order confirmation email.

A. Order confirmation emails are automatically sent within 24 hours of placing your order. If you do not receive it, please contact us by email.

※ If you have not received the email, the following reasons may apply:

  1. With web-based email services such as Yahoo Mail or Hotmail, or depending on your internet provider, our emails may be filtered into your spam or junk folder. Even if emails were previously being received normally, they may sometimes be redirected to spam at a later stage. Please check your spam/junk folder first.
  2. If you are using a mobile email address, your settings may be blocking emails from computers, or your inbox may have reached its storage limit. Please ensure that info@tallora.com.au is set as an allowed sender.
  3. The email address may have been entered incorrectly at the time of registration.
  4. Security or antivirus software installed on your device may have filtered the email, even if it was successfully delivered.
  5. Your email server inbox may be full and unable to receive new messages.

Q. Can I cancel or change my order?

A. We are very sorry, but once an order has been completed, cancellations or changes are generally not accepted.


Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. Yes, we currently ship from Australia to Japan.


Q. Is there a shipping fee?

A. Yes, shipping fees apply.
For Australia, shipping is free on orders over $100.
For Japan, shipping costs vary depending on the weight of the items and the delivery destination. Full details will be shown at checkout after purchase.
Both standard and express shipping options are available.


Q. How long does it take to dispatch my order?

A. Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 business days.


Q. How long does delivery take after dispatch?

A.
For standard international shipping (including registered mail), delivery to Japan typically takes around 10 days to 2 weeks after dispatch.
Express shipping usually takes approximately 5 days.

However, delivery times may be longer during public holidays, peak periods, or due to unforeseen logistical delays.

If a parcel has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, for untracked standard mail, an investigation can only be lodged after 90 days from the shipping date.
For standard mail, if your order has not arrived after 3 months and there has been no notification of shipping delay from us, please contact us at info@tallora.com.au.


Q. Can I request a specific delivery date or time? Can it be delivered to a parcel locker?

A. Unfortunately, as all orders are shipped from Australia, we are unable to offer specific delivery date or time requests, nor can we guarantee delivery to parcel lockers.
